machine shell cover plate. During an operation, a high-
voltage wire and a ground wire are respectively led out from
electrode lead-out ports at two ends and then are respectively connected with a high-
voltage power supply and the ground, working liquid is introduced, then the power supply is turned on to generate
plasma and preheat the device, the ultrasonic oscillator is started to generate water mist, the water mist is discharged through the mist outlet
pipe below and enters an activation chamber, and the activated water mist can be directly used for object surface disinfection or
