electric field / interface synergistic effect and a preparation method thereof. Microstructures and microchannels are arranged on the surface of the
microfluidic chip; the hydrophilic modification and the oleophylic modification are implemented on the left sides and the right sides of the microchannels respectively; under the driving of an external
peristaltic pump, oil-water
mixed solution enters a demulsification area which is provided with microstructures on the surface; the demulsification is implemented for the oil-water
mixed solution under the
electric field effect; water moves to the hydrophilic sides; oil moves to the oleophylic sides; the oil-water mixture not totally separated from each other is circulated to an original feeding area for implementing the secondary demulsification and separation; and finally, the oil-water separation is achieved. The
microfluidic chip is mainly applied in the related fields, such as oil of transformers,
turbine oil of power stations, treatment of sea
crude oil leakage accidents, failed oil of oil fields, floating oil of sea drilling well platforms,
advection oil of steelworks, a large amount of oil-containing waste water of refineries and the like. The microfluidic
