Device and process for extracorporeal treatment by citrate anticoagulant

A device for treating blood by extracorporeal circulation comprising a filter having a first chamber and a second chamber separated by a semi-permeable membrane. The device has an arterial line connected to the first chamber of the filter, a venous line issuing from the first chamber of the filter, a channel used for pre-infusion of a substance for regional anticoagulation and linked to the arterial line, a purge channel issuing from the second chamber of the filter, and an air separator on the venous line. The device also includes a line for post-infusion of a solution at least partially re-establishing the ionic equilibrium of the blood downstream of the air separator, the post-infusion line being configured immediately upstream of an air detector.

Microwave coagulation applicator and system

ActiveUS20110118723A1Reduce microwave heatingIncrease in tissue heatingSurgical needlesSurgical instruments for heatingEngineeringMicrowave coagulation
A microwave applicator for insertion into living body tissue for use in microwave coagulation and ablation treatments includes a microwave transmission line extending between an attachment end of the applicator and an antenna toward an insertion end of the applicator with an outer conductive sleeve forming an enclosed cooling fluid space around the transmission line. Circulation of cooling fluid is guided in the cooling fluid space by a guide sleeve. A fluid circulation system provides a plurality of fluid supply connectors and fluid return connectors which can be connected and used with any number of applicators between one and the number of the fluid supply connectors provided by the system. A portion of the applicator inserted into the tissue can stick to the tissue to stabilize the applicator during treatment. A warning marking on the applicator can be used during track ablation to prevent ablation of the patient skin tissue.

Stable nanometer silver colloidal sol and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a stable nanometer silver colloidal sol and a preparation method thereof. The stable nanometer silver colloidal sol adopts a silver containing compound, a protective agent and a solvent, water is used as the solvent, and the silver containing compound, the protective agent and the water are mixed so as to prepare the colloidal sol; and the particle diameters of nanometer silver grains are 1nm-10nm, and the nanometer silver grains are uniformly distributed in the colloidal sol, and can be preserved for 6 months to 24 months without changing at room temperature. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: adopting the silver containing compound and the protective agent as raw materials, adopting the water as the solvent, mixing the silver containing compound, the protective agent and the water so as to form a mixed solution which contains 200-10000ppm of silver, 0.02%-1% of protective agent, and the balance of water according to weight percent; and dissolving and mixing the components when the stable nanometer silver colloidal sol is prepared, then uniformly stirring, conducting ultrasonic processing, using a light source containing ultraviolet rays to light 30 minutes to 24 hours to obtain the nanometer silver colloidal sol containing the nanometer silver grains. The stable nanometer silver colloidal sol and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the cost is low, the process is simple, and the stable nanometer silver colloidal sol is suitable for large-scale preparation.

Preparation method of single-crystal less-layer antimonene

The invention discloses a preparation method of high-quality and large-scale novel two-dimensional material, namely, single-crystal less-layer antimonene. The liquid phase ultrasonic stripping technology is adopted, and a fifth main-group antimony nano-sheet is stripped through ultrasonic assisting of antimony powder, ethanol and surfactant. Firstly, the antimony powder and ethanol are mixed at room temperature; secondly, a proper amount of surfactant is added, the mixture is ultrasonically treated for a period of time under certain power, and then antimonene is massively prepared. Preparation process parameters are adjusted, and the size of antimonene can be adjusted. Reaction conditions are mild, the preparation process is simple, and the preparation method can be used for large-scale preparation. The less-layer antimonene prepared through the method is uniform in thickness and size, adjustable in size, high in purity and good in degree of crystallinity.
