The invention discloses an anti-corrosion treatment process for a surface of a tunnel component. The anti-corrosion treatment process comprises the following steps that S1, convex parts on the surfaceof the component is ground until the surface is flat, concave parts of the surface of the component is filled up until the surface is smooth, and a mechanical steel brush is used for grinding and drawing the surface of the component; S2, the component treated in the S1 is cleaned by using a cleaning agent, the components are put into a drying oven to be dried after being cleaned, the drying temperature is 20-25 DEG C, the drying time is 2-5 h, until the surface of the component is completely dried; S3, the surface of the component treated by s2 is subjected to the following procedures of oilremoval, water washing, etching, water washing, cyanide copper flash plating or nickel flash plating, water washing, copper acid pickling, water washing, bright nickel plating, water washing, chromiumplating and water washing. The anti-corrosion treatment process has the advantages of being good in corrosion prevention effect, high in water isolation performance and high in air tightness, and theproblem that an existing tunnel component is poor in anti-corrosion treatment effect on the surface of the tunnel component.
