A main body of the degradable bag containing aluminum foil is mainly composed of a first layer of base material, a second layer of base material and a third layer of base material from outside to inside, the first layer of base material is kraft paper or PLA, and the second layer of base material is PLA aluminum plated foil; and the third layer of base material is PLA. The preparation method of the degradable bag containing aluminum foil comprises the following steps of: bag lamination: coating the surface of kraft paper with an environment-friendly glue, carrying out extrusion compounding on the kraft paper in a wet state and the first layer of PLA base material through a compounding device, and then carrying out extrusion compounding with the second layer of PLA base material through a compounding device to prepare a compound semi-finished product; and drying and forming: removing the solvent by drying in a curing chamber, and compounding the three layers of base materials together.
