Abstract

The invention discloses a thermal insulation material mortar coating technology, which belongs to the technical field of mortar coating and aims at realizing the fireproof function of thermal insulation material in building and coating mortar on six surfaces of the thermal insulation material. The thermal insulation material mortar coating technology comprises the following processes of (1) punching holes on a thermal insulation board by using a hole puncher, fixing a fiber screen on the thermal insulation board by using a plastic hook, and placing the thermal insulation board in a location frame; (2) placing a supporting board on a working platform, uniformly coating a layer of the mortar on the supporting board, placing the thermal insulation material on the mortar, aligning and pressurizing appropriately, and bonding the thermal insulation board on the supporting board; (3) pouring the mortar on the upper surface of the thermal insulation board; and (4) trowelling the mortar on the upper surface of the thermal insulation board by utilizing a trowelling device, filling the mortar into gaps between the thermal insulation board and the location board, and realizing the technology of coating the mortar on the six surfaces of the thermal insulation board.
