The capping and algae removal and foreign matter falling prevention device comprises a winding roller and a limiting clamping pipe, wherein a front-end rotary shaft and a rear-end rotary shaft of the winding roller are fixedly connected with inner rings of upper-end bearings of two supporting plates respectively; end parts of two adjacent connecting rods are in sliding connection with clamping grooves formed in left and right ends of connecting parts respectively; the two adjacent connecting parts are arranged in a staggered manner; the connecting parts are used for keeping separation cloth between the two adjacent connecting rods straight andupright all the time, so that a condition that the separation cloth is bent and is in contact with water in the biological filter is prevented; a reflection layer of the separation cloth is used forreflecting sunlight and the sunlight cannot irradiate water in the biological filter; the growth of alga in the biological filter and the evaporation of water in the biological filter are avoided; a waterproof layer is used for preventing rainwater from falling into the biological filter so that the normal work of the biological filter is ensured; and a supporting layer is used for improving firmdegree of the separation cloth so that a condition that large-mass foreign matters fall into the biological filter is effectively prevented.
