The invention provides a method for preparing high viscosity organophilic bentonite, which carries out steps of sodium treatment, purification, hydrothermal synthesis, dewatering by filter pressing, crashing and drying operation to bentonite raw ore to obtain the high viscosity organophilic bentonite. The invention can be directly applied to oil paint, printing ink, petroleum drilling slurry and heavy polymer and so on as a thickening suspension agent, a fluid deformation agent and an anti-sagging agent. Through systematic study on technologies of the sodium treatment modification, purification, organic compound and so on of the bentonite, the invention prepares organophilic bentonite jelly glue with stable product quality and excellent performance and determines a proper technical process flow and technical parameters.

The invention relates to application of a C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) to promotion on in vitro maturation of bovine oocyte. The invention provides a culture liquid for in vitro maturation of bovine oocyte; and a conventional culture liquid is used as a matrix containing C-type natriuretic peptide. According to the invention, CNP is used for in vitro inhibition on bovine oocyte meiosis and premature treatment to promote synchronization of oocyte nuclear maturation and cytoplast maturation, and improve ability of ectogenesis. The CNP can be promoted and applied as a novel meiosis inhibitor to animal husbandry, so as to accelerate fine breed breeding and an expanding propagation technique system. As a biological activity peptide substance, the CNP provided by the invention has toxic effect on oocyte less than that of a chemically synthesized meiosis inhibitor.

Via the selection of the terminal hydroxyl compound and the curing agent in the component A, bubbles in the anticorrosive coating are reduced. The coating has good anticorrosive performance, and besides, the super-high performance of UV aging resistance and salt and fog resistance is suitable for the outer wall construction of the storage tank.
