The second isolation member (205) cooperates with the valve member and the first isolation member in a state of isolating the second pressure chamber and the third pressure chamber. The switching unit (22) switches the opening and closing state of the second pressure chamber relative to the fuel circulation passage and the opening and closing state of the second pressure chamber relative to the return passage in an opposite opening and closing relationship, and switches the opening and closing state of the second pressure chamber in an opposite opening and closing relationship. The opening and closing state of the third pressure chamber with respect to the fuel circulation passage and the opening and closing state of the third pressure chamber with respect to the return passage.
