The invention relates to a
coking wastewater treatment process and a
coking wastewater treatment system, belonging to the technical field of
wastewater treatment. The treatment process comprises the specific step that
coking wastewater sequentially enters a pre-
treatment system regulating reservoir and an electric
flocculation / air flotation reservoir, then enters a biochemical
system hydrolysis acidification
pool, an
anaerobic reactor, an anoxic pond, an aerobic pond and a primary
settling pond, and finally enters an
adsorption reaction pond and a
flocculation and
settling pond. In the process, the
anaerobic reactor adopts a forced external-circulating type IC reactor, so that the resistance to
impact load and biochemical efficiency are improved, and meanwhile,
dilution water does not need to be added;
activated carbon powder is fed into the anoxic pond, so that the concentration of
sludge is improved, and the decarbonizing and denitriding efficacies are improved; the aerobic pond adopts three-gallery type, only a few foams are generated, and defoaming water is not added; a large-bore-
diameter adsorbing material is fed into the
adsorption reaction pond, so that the organic matters,
ammonia nitrogen and the like difficult to degrade and residual in the
wastewater are adsorbed, the chroma is removed, and then after
flocculation and
settling and
solid-liquid separation, the obtained water achieves the direct discharging standard in the table 2 of the GB16171-2012.
