Abstract

The invention discloses a landfill leachate concentrated liquor zero-recharge treatment process which comprises the following treatment steps: (a) softening treatment: reducing the hardness of landfill leachate concentrated liquor; (b) nanofiltering treatment: enabling softened produced water to enter a nanofiltering membrane treatment device for salt separation; (c) reverse osmosis treatment: enabling the water produced by a nanofiltering membrane to enter a reverse osmosis membrane treatment device for concentration and separation; (d) wet oxidation treatment: enabling the nanofiltering membrane concentrated solution to enter a wet oxidation device for degradation; (e) evaporative crystallization treatment: enabling the reverse osmosis membrane concentrated solution to enter an evaporative crystallization device to be evaporated; and (f) biochemical treatment: mixing wet oxidation effluent, reverse osmosis membrane produced water and condensed water to form mixed wastewater, feedingthe mixed wastewater into a biochemical treatment device, and discharging biochemical effluent.
