energy storage system for stabilizing wind and light

exertion of the energy storage system is guided through the optimal force-exerting curve. According to the method and device for guiding force
exertion of the energy storage system for stabilizing wind and light
power fluctuation, it is guaranteed that the wind and light power stabilizing effect and the fluctuation frequency satisfy the index requirement, the condition that energy
state variation of the energy storage system is optimized is considered, the whole achievement process is simple and easy to control, and the method and device are good in practicability.
