Problems solved by technology

my country's research on real-time automatic monitoring of water quality started relatively late, and the technology is relatively weak. At present, it is rarely used in aquaculture. It only stays in the initial stage of manual detection and monitoring, and has not risen to the level of real-time automatic monitoring; even if automatic monitoring is adopted The system is also mostly imported equipment from abroad, which is expensive and not suitable for China's aquaculture conditions. Therefore, it is urgent to research and develop a real-time automatic monitoring system for water quality suitable for my country's national conditions. As a good start for the development and application of water quality online monitoring system

Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic monitoring system and an automatic monitoring method for dissolved oxygen in recirculating aquaculture. The automatic monitoring system comprises a dissolved oxygen probe, a temperature probe, a basic oxygen supply unit and an emergency oxygen supply unit which are arranged in a culture pond, wherein the dissolved oxygen probe and the temperature probe are connected with a data reading unit, the data reading unit is connected with a PLC and transmits acquired data to the PLC via an Modbus protocol, the PLC is connected with an upper computer server and uploads the received acquisition data to the upper computer server, the PLC is connected with an electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve is connected with the emergency oxygen supply unit. The automatic monitoring method comprises the steps of: (1) starting the automatic monitoring system; (2) setting the PLC; (3) comparing and controlling an acquisition value and a set value of the PLC in real time; and (4) uploading data of the PLC. The automatic monitoring system and the automatic monitoring method are affordable, ensure that the dissolved oxygen fluctuates within a set range, send out alarm when an abnormity occurs, and improve the operation reliability of the system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture automation control, in particular to an automatic monitoring system and method for dissolved oxygen in circulating aquaculture. Background technique [0002] my country is the world's largest aquaculture country. Aquaculture is an important part of my country's fishery industry, and has become an effective way to improve the food structure of our residents and ensure food safety. Land-based industrialized recirculating aquaculture is recognized as an important development direction of the aquaculture industry in the future, and dissolved oxygen is the lifeline of aquaculture, a substance necessary for the survival of aquatic organisms and microbial digestion, and a necessary condition for water circulation. In order to improve the automatic control and management level of aquaculture, the application of the dissolved oxygen real-time automatic monitoring system in the automatic industrialized ...
