The invention provides a method for framework
recovery during multi-empty
road surface regeneration. The voidage of a bituminous mixture and the
mass center distance of a framework material serve as control standards, and parameters of an original material and a new material of multi-empty
road surface regeneration are calculated. The method comprises the steps that a core taken from an original road is subjected to CT scanned
image analysis, and the original material
gradation and geometrical information of all stones are obtained; according to the target
gradation, a target test piece is prepared, and the
mass center distance and voidage of the target test piece are obtained through CT scanned
image analysis; and value models of the stones of all gradations are built through discrete element
software, and the parameters of the original material and the new material are obtained according to the
mass center distance and voidage of the target test piece. Compared with an existing bituminous mixture regeneration technology, the design method pays attention to distribution of coarse aggregate and the voidage of the
road surface after regeneration, the difficult problem that the drainage property gets poor during multi-empty road surface regeneration is solved through a value method from the micro perspective, the
gradation design process during regeneration is optimized, the optimal solution can be more quickly and more accurately found through
computer aided design, and the high
engineering value is achieved.
