The grease is prepared by adding an extreme pressure anti-wear agent and antioxidant into high viscosity refined mineral oil as the base oil and a mixed soap as a thickening agent, and adding a special synthetic material. The production process of the special grease for worm and gear is as below: adding the base oil, an organic thickening agent, a tackifier B into a high-speed flow contactor by a predetermined weight proportion; conducting a saponification reaction at 100 DEG C-115 DEG C (simultaneous addition of part of the additive and reactants) for 1-2 hour; refining at the maximum temperature of 190-200 DEG C, and insulating for 60-90 min; transferring the reaction products to an intermediate tank for cyclic shear, and cooling to 120-150 DEG C; homogenizing; then cooling to 80-100 DEG C, adding an inorganic thickening agent, a tackifier A, the antioxidant, and the extreme pressure anti-wear agent; and then degassing, filtering and packaging. The special grease for worm and gear has the advantages of good adhesion, long service life, same life as equipment, good low temperature performance, high load carrying capacity, anti-friction properties and good pumpability.

The invention discloses an experimental device and an experimental method for measuring cyclic shear seepage of a rock mass at high temperature and high pressure. The seepage characteristic of the rock mass in the cyclic shear process at high temperature and high pressure is tested. The test sample is formed by combining two semi-cylinders, a rock and a rock thin plate; a base is fixedly connectedwith a confining pressure cylinder, the sample is placed in the support, and then the rock thin plate is fixedly connected with the axial pressure head through a fixing rod; the sample, the bracket and the axial pressure head are put into an inner cavity of a confining pressure cylinder, and a pressure transmission medium is placed around the sample and the bracket; the confining pressure head compresses the pressure transmission medium to provide specified confining pressure for the sample, and a high-temperature environment is provided through the heating rod; the pore fluid flows out through a fracture surface in the middle of the sample; the seepage characteristic relation in the rock mass cyclic shearing process at high temperature and high pressure is obtained by measuring fluid parameters of the gas outlet pipe. The device is reasonable in structure, easy and convenient to operate and wide in applicability.
