The invention discloses a controlled-release compound fertilizer rich in various mineral substances and relates to the field of fertilizers. The controlled-release compound fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-70 parts of attapulgite clay, 10-15 parts of crop straw, 10-15 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 5-10 parts of edible fungi residues and 4-8 parts of a soil conditioner. The invention further discloses a production process of the compound fertilizer. According to the compound fertilizer, attapulgite clay is preferred as the main ingredient, and is rich in more than twenty micro-elements including silicon, potassium, calcium, sulfur, iron, magnesium, manganese, iodine, selenium and the like, strong in adsorptivity and good in sustained and controlled release property; and a certain quantity of an organic material is also added into the compound fertilizer to provide enough nutrition for crop production, meanwhile, to condition soil, and to help to improve and optimize soil compositions, so that a favorable ecosystem is maintained, less environmental pollution is caused, environmental friendliness and energy saving are achieved, and the cost is low.
