According to the method, by selecting an excellent original longevous rice variety and a cold induction processing technology, a foundation is laid for obtaining rice with high quality and high yield through the ratoon rice, and the yield is increased by 20% compared with the rice planted by a conventional method in the same period by combining and optimizing the
sowing time and the field management. The method has the advantages that the quality of rice is good,
