The invention discloses a closure device, which comprises a skeleton supporting body and a sealing membrane which covers the surface of the skeleton supporting body. The sealing membrane integrally forms a sealed bag. The sealing membrane is made of a nylon fabric, a polyester fabric, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), an autologous or heterologous pericardium, an autologous or heterologous artery organic membrane, an autologous or heterologous vein organic membrane or the like. When the closure device is clinically used, the sealing membrane isolates the skeleton supporting body from a human body. Only the sealing membrane is in contact with blood and tissues and metallic materials do not enter the blood and the risk of complications is reduced. Since the sealing membrane is made of the nylon fabric, the polyester fabric, the PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), the autologous or heterologous pericardium, the autologous or heterologous artery organic membrane, the autologous or heterologous vein organic membrane or the like, the biocompatibility is good, the human body repulsion is small and the physiological harmfulness is small; and since the sealing membrane is integrally sealed, the situation that thrombus is caused because the blood seeps into the sealing membrane is avoided and the safety in clinical use is improved.
