The method comprises the following steps of monomer polymerization membrane formation and anion exchange. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: uniformly mixing the biimidazole cation cross-linking agent, acrylonitrile, polymeric imidazolium ionic liquid and an initiator by using an ultraviolet light triggered in-situ polymerization method, then forming a membrane through polymerization triggered by ultraviolet light, and carrying out anion exchange to obtain the anion exchange membrane which can be used for an alkaline fuel cell. The method provided by the invention is simple, convenient and efficient, low in raw material cost and little in harm to the environment and human bodies; the biimidazole cation cross-linking agent not only can be used for improving the mechanical performance of the anion exchange membrane, but also can play an ion conducting role; and the anion exchange membrane has higher conductivity and better mechanical strength.

The invention discloses a PET aluminum-plated base membrane and a preparation method thereof. The PET aluminum-plated base membrane comprises a core layer in the middle and surface layers arranged on the two surfaces of the core layer.
