The composite material comprises 100 portions of polypropylene resin, 1 to 15 portions of nano calcium carbonate, 1 to 20 portions of elastomer, and 0.1 to 1 portion of stabilizing agent. The composite material is prepared by method of melt compounding by adopting an internal mixer or double screw extruder.
