The invention discloses an extraction method of
linalool. The extraction method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting
fennel oil from fruits and leaves of aniseed; (2) rectifying to separate a front
cut fraction (30 percent of estragole) generated in the process of preparing
anethole from the
fennel oil, and obtaining 80 percent of estragole and about 12 percent of terpilenol
azeotrope; and (3) placing the
azeotrope obtained in the step (2) into a high-performance rectifying
tower, intermittently feeding the materials, efficiently rectifying separating, adjusting a
reflux ratio and a vacuum degree at three kettle temperature stages of 80 DEG C, 95 DEG C and 110 DEG C, placing the obtained head oil into a high-performance separation
tower, controlling the kettle temperature at 50 to 60 DEG C at the low pressure less than or equal to 100Pa, collecting a fraction of 45 to 48 DEG C, adjusting the temperature to 70 to 110 DEG C, collecting the fraction of 65 to 84 DEG C, adjusting the temperature to 110 to 125 DEG C, and collecting
tail oil. The front
cut fraction generated in the
anethole extraction process is used as the
raw material, so that the price is low; and the
processing is carried out on the basis of the existing equipment, so that the operation is simple, the equipment depreciation is reduced, and the enterprise benefit is increased. No additive is adopted, so that the extraction method of the
linalool is natural and environment-friendly.
