According to the method, a placement mode of resin films in a conventional resin film permeation forming process is changed, the distance of flowing resin in the permeation process is shortened, the limit of the conventional resin film permeation process to the reinforcement height of a reinforcement wallboard structure is broken, and the structure applicability and the process reliability of the resin film permeation forming process are improved.

The invention discloses a self-elevating platform-based pile penetration quality dynamic-evaluation method, which comprises the following steps of firstly determining the bearing capacity, i.e. stratum piercing pressure [sigmap], of a unit area of a corresponding stratum at corresponding coordinates by marine geological survey and laboratory tests, and employing the data as a standard parameter for safety control over the pile penetration of a self-elevating platform; then measuring and calculating a stratum depth reached by the end part of a pile shoe of each pile leg and actual unit area ballast force sigmaf in real time in a pile penetration process of the platform, and calculating a relative piercing safety coefficient n=[sigmap] / sigmaf to determine the reliability of the pile penetration position of the self-elevating platform. According to the self-elevating offshore platform-based pile penetration quality dynamic-evaluation method, gaps in the in-situ pile penetration quality judgment of the self-elevating offshore platform in the prior art are effectively filled in, technical support is provided for offshore oil engineering, and the operation safety and reliability of the self-elevating platform are maximally ensured.
