The invention discloses a
cordyceps sinensis strain collecting device and method. The device comprises a water collecting tank, a pipeline,
water seepage pipes, a collecting box, an
isolator, multiplegrowth holes and a
sprayer head; the water collecting tank is located above the collecting box, and connected with the pipeline, and the pipeline leads to the upper position and the side face of thecollecting box separately; the collecting box is of a cuboid structure with a normally-opened top; the
isolator is located in the middle inside the collecting box, and the growth holes running throughthe
isolator are formed in the isolator, and make the bottom of the collecting box communicated with the space of the upper portion of the isolator; the
sprayer head is connected to the end, leadingto the upper position of the collecting box, of the pipeline; the two
water seepage pipes are connected to the end, leading to the side face of the collecting box, of the pipeline, and stretch into the lower position of the isolator in the collecting box. By means of the device, favorable conditions are created for
cordyceps sinensis to infect larvae of
hepialus armoricanus, so that more cordycepssinensis is cultured; meanwhile, through the arrangement of the isolator, the
cordyceps sinensis is isolated from other infectious microbes, the success rate of infecting the larvae of
hepialus armoricanus by cordyceps sinensis is increased, and the
humidity of a medium is automatically controlled.
