The method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting a base for increasing the yield of natural cordyceps sinensis; (2) placing a trapping lamp; (3) preparing trapping liquid; (4) screening and preparing culture medium of hepialidae hirsutella sinensis and paecilomyces hepialid; and (5) controlling yield increase conditions.
