The device includes a light source apparatus for generating double-pulse laser light and illuminating a three-dimensional flow field and an imaging apparatus for photographing the three-dimensional flow field; the light emitting end of the light source apparatus is provided with a lens group; the light source apparatus and the imaging apparatus are connected with a time sequence synchronous controller; the imaging apparatus is connected with a computer; the lens group is used for developing the double-pulse laser generated by the light source apparatus into a body light source of a certain thickness and a two-dimensional sheet light source of 1 mm and illuminating the flow field; and the image forming apparatus comprises a main lens, a CCD detector and a microlens array positioned between the main lens and the CCD detector. With the device and the method of the invention adopted, a weight matrix can be can quickly calculated, the calibration of the internal and external parameters of a light field camera is not required, and system error caused by multi-camera synchronous coupling can be reduced. According to the method, near-infrared femtosecond laser single pulses are generated by a femtosecond laser device. The wavelengths of the near-infrared femtosecond laser single pulses are adjusted within the range between 290 nm and 2600 nm through a femtosecond laser optical parametric amplifier; the laser single pulses are modulated to laser double pulses perpendicular to the polarization direction through a laser path of a Michelson interface instrument structure and the total energy of the laser double pulses is adjusted to the degree not lower than an erosion threshold value of a sample to be machined through a continuous attenuation piece; the laser path is adjusted, so that the double pulses with the changed wave length are focused in the vertical direction after passing through a planoconvex lens and the sample to be machined is moved to enable the laser focus point to be located on the upper surface of the sample, wherein the double pulses are perpendicular to the polarization direction; finally, the sample to be machined is controlled to move horizontally at a set speed, and therefore the two-dimensional periodic structure can be obtained by scanning the surface of the sample. The invention relates to a testing method and device for dynamic switching characteristics of an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) by utilizing a double-pulse technology. A double-pulse signal is sent out through utilizing a signal chip microcomputer; a tested IGBT reaches rated working current by a first pulse and a second pulse is used for testing dynamic characteristics of the IGBT; and dynamic voltage and current parameters of the IGBT in a switching-on / off process are tested by utilizing an oscilloscope and a difference isolating probe. The double-pulse signal passes through an IGBT driving board to control the IGBT to be switched on / off in extremely short time; an experiment circuit and a testing circuit are isolated through an isolation transformer so that mutual interference of the signals is avoided; current of a main circuit and voltage at two ends of the IGBT, and voltage at an output end of a driving circuit are measured by utilizing the isolation transformer, the oscilloscope and the difference isolating probe; an oscillogram is recorded by the oscilloscope; and dynamic switching characteristic parameter sizes of the IGBT are calculated according to ascending and descending time, delaying time and on-off energy. Parasitic parameters in the circuits are reduced and a testing result is accurate.

The circuit comprises a first IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor), a second IGBT, a third IGBT, a fourth IBGT, a first clamp diode, a second clamp diode, a first resonant capacitor, a second resonant capacitor, a first direct-current support capacitor, a second direct-current support capacitor, a laminated busbar, a direct-current power supply and a freewheel reactor. The method includes forming different freewheel circuits by the freewheel reactor; exerting double pulses to each corresponding IGBT; taking an average value of resonance current frequencies at a turn-on moment and a turn-off moment; and precisely computing the stray inductance of the current conversion circuit by an LC parallel resonance characteristic realized by the resonant capacitors and the stray inductance of the circuit. The circuit and the method have the advantages that actual operation is facilitated, the stray inductance of the current conversion circuit of the three-level converter can be accurately measured, overvoltage levels of a power device under different current grades of the three-level converter can be accurately controlled conveniently, and accordingly establishment of a system control strategy can be guided.
