The media and biomass exit the lift tube into either a freeboard area of the pyrolysis reactor or into a low density region of the fluidized bed. A condensable gaseous product is produced during pyrolysis that has economic value. The apparatus and process are especially well suited to the pyrolysis of low density agricultural biomass. The apparatus is compact and particularly well suited to mobile operation.

By adding binder, a particle is formed that is deodorized and / or stabilized. Through the choice of binder, the particle can be rendered dispersible to rapidly disintegrate into soil.

Under the same fermentation condition, by the technology, the output of PHB equal to that obtained through the utilization of glucose to produce PHB without reforming Escherichia coli can be obtained, and the production cost is far less than that by the simple utilization of glucose, thus having great practical value in the actual application.

Compared with existing methods for processing the high-silicon iron ores, the method has the advantages that biomass charcoal is prepared from wide-source agricultural biomass waste and is utilized as a reducer for preparing the carbon-containing pellets, and the carbon-containing pellets are subjected to direct reduction and electric furnace high-temperature melting by virtue of a commercial FASTMELT process; by controlling reduction conditions, high metallized pellets with extremely carbon residue are obtained in a direct reduction stage; and the molten steel with the quality directly reaching or exceeding converter tapping standards is directly obtained in a high-temperature melting stage. The method has the advantages that the recovery rate of iron is high, the quality of the obtained liquid-state low-carbon and low-silicon molten steel is good, and the like. According to the method, the conventional sintering-blast furnace-converter flow for iron-making and steel-making is avoided, so that the flow of processing the high-silicon iron ores is greatly simplified.

The invention relates to the technical field of biomass modification processing, and provides a Ni-Fe hydrotalcite biochar composite catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carbonizing and pyrolyzing agricultural biomass at a high temperature under a protective atmosphere to prepare biochar; (2) dispersing biochar in water to prepare a biochar dispersion liquid, adding nickel nitrate, ferric nitrate, sodium fluoride and urea into the dispersion liquid, mixing, and stirring to obtain a suspension liquid; and (3) carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the suspension to obtain the Ni-Fe hydrotalcite biochar composite catalyst. After Ni-Fe hydrotalcite is loaded to the biochar substrate, the dispersion degree of hydrotalcite is improved, leaching of nickel is reduced, pollution to the environment is relieved while the production cost is reduced, and the win-win situation of the Ni-Fe hydrotalcite and the biochar material is achieved. The composite catalyst provided by the invention can be applied to activating peroxymonosulfate (PMS) to degrade organic pollutants in a water body and has an excellent catalytic effect.
