Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural biomass resource utilization, and particularly relates to a production system and a production method of a biochar-based coated nitrogen fertilizer, wherein the production system comprises: a pretreatment system, a carbonization system, an oil-gas-water separation system, a breaking device, a coating film material preparation system, a rotary drum fluidized bed system, a drying and rounding system and a power generation system. According to the present invention, by combining the biochar as the film coating material and the chemicalfertilizer, the novel biochar-based coated nitrogen fertilizer with advantages of convenient use, high fertilizer efficiency, high fertilizer utilization rate and environmental protection is prepared.
