The invention discloses a device for eliminating the
pile foundation negative
frictional resistance of a soft soil foundation and a construction method. The device and the construction method can be widely applied to
pile foundation construction of expressway interchange regions and cross road overpass bridges at soft foundation sections. The device comprises a
pile foundation formed in the soft soil foundation in a pouring mode and a resistance
reducer arranged outside the pile foundation. The resistance
reducer is composed of an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a middle piece, a cover plate, a rubber sealing ring, lubricating
grease, an air bag, an air inflation tube, a lifting hook and the like. The device is simple in overall structure, easy to manufacture and wide in application range. When post-construction settlement of the soft soil foundation on the periphery of the pile foundation happens at the operation stage of the device, through
relative motion, without
frictional resistance, between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the pile foundation neither moves downwards nor prevents synchronous post-construction settlement of soft soil and a
road surface on the periphery of the pile foundation, and therefore
road surface protrusions caused by the negative
frictional resistance can be eliminated. By means of the device combined with the construction method, problems existing in
road traffic engineering for a long term are solved. The device and the construction method further have the advantages of saving resources, increasing economic and
social benefits, being beneficial for traffic
operation safety and the like.
