The invention discloses a traumatic
sacroiliac joint dislocation closed reduction and minimally invasive bionic rational
internal fixation system (i.e., a
surgical instrument) and a use method thereof. The
system is divided into a reduction
system, an aiming system and a fixation system, and has the characteristics that: 1, the
internal fixation system is a three-dimensional bone traction
sacroiliac joint closed reduction system under the assistance of a reduction outer frame at a
prone position; 2, a
sacrum rod type screw implantation aiming system in the system is a minimally invasive precise aiming system taking the screw
tail of a long-
tail universal
pedicle screw as a
joint point; and 3, a
sacrum rod type screw in the system is combined with pedicle screws of the
sacrum 1 and the sacrum 2 to fix the
sacroiliac joint, the fixation mechanism is similar to a suspension
bridge type physiological stability mechanism of the sacroiliac joint, and the
internal fixation system is a bionic rational fixing system. According to the invention, early, safe, effective and minimally invasive
surgical treatment can be provided for traumatic sacroiliac
joint dislocation and partial sacrum fracture patients, and
surgery can be carried out in primary hospitals. The internal fixation system plays an important role in improving the
cure rate of
pelvic fracture and reducing the disability rate and the death rate of
pelvic fracture.
