system comprises a comprehensive controller and a plurality of
interphase compensation devices. The specific method comprises the following steps: detecting
voltage and current of a distribution transform outlet, and calculating active power, reactive power, a
power factor, a
voltage qualification rate and a three-
phase imbalance degree Epsilon; judging whether the
voltage of a phase exceeds a voltage upper limit and is lower than a voltage
lower limit; if the voltage of the phase exceeds the voltage upper limit, issuing a command for eliminating the compensation devices between the phase and zero; if the voltage of the phase exceeds the voltage
lower limit, issuing a command for putting the compensation devices between a
phase line and a zero line into operation; if the voltage of the phase falls within the range from the voltage
lower limit to the voltage upper limit, judging whether the three-
phase imbalance degree Epsilon is qualified; and if Epsilon is larger than Epsilon0, issuing a command for operating the compensation devices between the
phase line and the zero line according to an imbalance
compensation algorithm, and otherwise, issuing a command for operating the compensation devices between the phase and zero and the compensation devices between the phase and another phase. According to the imbalance and reactive compensation type comprehensive
