Preparation method for iron sucrose bulk drug and injection thereof

The invention relates to a preparation method for an iron sucrose bulk drug. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crystallization: the pH value of sucrose solution is adjusted to 1-4 with acetic acid, iron salt solution is added to the sucrose solution to form mixed liquor, the pH value of the mixed liquor is adjusted to 1-3 with Na2CO3 solution, then the mixed liquor is stirred and is continued to be added with the Na2CO3 solution until turbidity appears in the mixed liquor, the pH value of the mixed liquor is adjusted to 4-7, and then the mixed liquor is filtered and added with water to obtain iron cake solution; (2) complexing: the sucrose solution is heated and added with alkaline liquor for alkalization, and then the alkalized sucrose solution is added with the iron cake solution and stands for the night to obtain complexing solution; and (3) refining: the complexing solution after standing for the night is filtered, and the filtrate precipitates with 2-3 times of 95 percent of ethanol and is filtered to obtain the iron sucrose bulk drug. The invention has the advantages of simple process steps, easy control of the reaction processes, good product quality, high yieldand lower production cost and is a high-novelty preparation method for the iron sucrose bulk drug and the injection thereof.

Pancreatic cancer double-targeted polymer magnetic nanoparticles and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses pancreatic cancer double-targeted polymer magnetic nanoparticles. The pancreatic cancer double-targeted polymer magnetic nanoparticles are prepared from the following components: CKAAKN-hyaluronan-vitamin E succinate polymer micelle, a ferroferric oxide magnetic nanoparticle solution and deionized water through a following method that a hyaluronan-vitamin E succinate copolymer modified by CKAAKN polypeptides is wrapped with ultra-small paramagnetic Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles. According to the pancreatic cancer double-targeted polymer magnetic nanoparticles, the polymer magnetic nanoparticles subjected to targeted modifying by the CKAAKN polypeptides can simulate a Wnt protein to be specifically bound with a pancreatic cancer cell membrane receptor through a Wnt signaling pathway, meanwhile, a hyaluronan receptor CD44 and a receptor for hyaluronan-mediated motility (RHAMM) can also be highly expressed on the surfaces of tumor cells, therefore, pancreatic cancercells can be subjected to specific targeting in early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, and accordingly, a double-targeted magnetic resonance contrast agent with higher specificity and imaging abilityis provided for early diagnosis of the pancreatic cancer.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a Gd3<+> magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent with graphene oxide serving as a carrier, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of medical materials. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) dispersing graphene oxide into distilled water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersing solution; 2) adding an alkaline substance and chloroacetic acid or sodium monochloroacetate to the graphene oxide dispersing solution, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifugally washing and processing, and dialyzing to obtain carboxylation graphene oxide; and 3) dispersing the carboxylation graphene oxide into the distilled water to obtain a carboxylation graphene oxide dispersing solution, adding an aqueous solution of gadolinium salt to the carboxylation graphene oxide dispersing solution, adding a DTPA (Diethylene Triamine Pentacetic Acid) aqueous solution after the stirring reaction is done, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixing solution, and dialyzing to obtain carboxylation graphene oxide with Gd3<+> loaded on the surface, thus obtaining the Gd3<+> magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent. The method is simple and feasible, and the Gd3<+> is firmly loaded; and the preparation magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent is high in water-borne dispersion stability and has high longitudinal relaxation rate.

Corpus antiseptic and its preparation method

The invention discloses a corpse conserving agent and a preparation method thereof. The corpse conserving agent comprises the following raw materials with the following volume content: 150 to 400 parts of formaldehyde, 60 to 200 parts of benzoic acid-ethyl alcohol solution, 20 to 100 parts of sodium acetate solution, 10 to 120 parts of acetone, 3 to 80 parts of glacial acetic acid and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of perfume. The benzoic acid-ethyl alcohol solution is formed by benzoic acid dissolved in 95 percent ethyl alcohol, and the sodium acetate solution is formed by sodium acetate dissolved in distilled water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking the benzoic acid to dissolve in the 95 percent ethyl alcohol so as to form the benzoic acid-ethyl alcohol solution and then shaking evenly; (2) taking the sodium acetate solution to dissolve in the distilled water so as to form the sodium acetate solution and then mixing uniformly; and (3) mixing and shaking the formaldehyde, the acetone, the benzoic acid-ethyl alcohol solution, the sodium acetate solution and the glacial acetic acid, and finally dropping the perfume. By using the corpse conserving agent of the invention, only individual positions of the corpse are required to be injected, without corpse immersion, therefore, the purposes of short-term corpse corrosion protection and preservation can be achieved, the toxic action of formaldehyde can be reduced, and the corpse conserving agent has the advantages of mold prevention, security and corrosion protection, stable performance and no pollution to the surrounding environment.
