The invention discloses a
wireless measuring device for the concentration of non-spherical particles of a three-dimensional dense gas-
solid system. The
wireless measuring device comprises magnetic-control photographing particles, a magnetic-control driving unit, a
wireless signal receiving unit, a wireless remote controller and an
image processing unit, wherein the magnetic-control photographing particles are coupled with photographing and
wireless signal transmitting and receiving functions and are arranged inside the three-dimensional dense gas-
solid system; the magnetic-control photographing particles are similar to the non-spherical particles inside the
system in shape and size; the magnetic-control photographing particles can move randomly in a gas-
solid flow field and also move to a target area under the control of the magnetic-control driving unit; the distributed information of the magnetic-control photographing particles in an ambient
bed layer is scanned and photographed by using a camera inside the magnetic-control photographing particles; finally an
image signal is transmitted to a
wireless signal transmitting and receiving system outside the system in a wireless transmitting mode, and the concentration of the particles is obtained through
image processing. By adopting the measuring method and the device disclosed by the invention, the visible particle distribution information inside the
bed layer can be obtained in random movement and magnetic-control movement
modes, and the wireless measuring method and device have the advantages of no interference on flow fields, real-time on-line measurement and the like.
