The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing graphite oxide in a solvent; dropwise adding the mixed salt solution of nickel, aluminum and iron, and stirring; adding urea and stirring for reacting. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, graphene is adopted as a carrier of LDH nanosheet, and a layered dimetallic hydroxides / graphene composite photocatalyst with a three-dimensional structure is formed. Through loading of graphene, agglomeration of LDH nanosheets is inhibited, and separation of photo-induced electron-hole pairs in LDH is promoted so that the photocatalystis better applied to the photocatalytic degradation of antibiotics. The three-dimensional NiAl0.85Fe0.15LDH / RG025 composite photocatalyst prepared by the invention degrades ciprofloxacin under visiblelight so as to test the photocatalytic activity, and the result shows that the degradation rate of ciprofloxacin within 120 minutes reaches 93% or more.

The invention discloses a construction method of a photoelectric chemical sensor for detection of reduced glutathione. The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) a nano-zinc oxide photo-anode is prepared with ITO conductive glass as a working electrode, silver / silver chloride as a reference electrode and a platinum wire as a counter electrode; and (2) a cuprous oxide / zinc oxide heterojunction-based photo-anode. Through construction of the cuprous oxide / zinc oxide heterojunction-based photo-anode, the generated photoelectric current is raised by 77.3% than a photoelectric current generated from a zinc oxide photo-anode, which shows that the construction method can promote separation of carrier pairs effectively, and therefore the detection sensitivity is raised.

A filter system for receiving an aqueous-based fluid contaminated with particles and emulsified contaminant oil, removing the particles, and separating the emulsified contaminant oil from the aqueous-based fluid includes a filter media for receiving the aqueous-based fluid and emulsified contaminant oil, having an inner filter element formed from a 95 percent single pass efficiency 48 micron (5 micron nominal) filtering material of needle punch polypropylene felt, an outer filter element formed from a 95 percent single pass efficiency 19 micron absolute filtering material of a polypropylene microfiber material and a porous spunbond polypropylene sandwiching the outer filter media. The filter element removes particles, de-emulsifies the emulsified contaminant oil from the aqueous-based fluid into the contaminant oil and the aqueous-based fluid, separates the de-emulsified contaminant oil from the aqueous-based fluid, coalesces the separated contaminant oil and passes both the coalesced de-emulsified contaminant oil with entrained particles and the aqueous-based fluid. A first tank supports the filter element and is further configured to hold a quantity of the separated coalesced contaminant oil and the aqueous-based fluid. The first tank has a first outlet passing the aqueous-based fluid from the first tank to near the bottom of the second tank and a second outlet passing the separated coalesced contaminant oil to the top of the second tank. The second tank has an oil separation assembly for separating the aqueous-based fluid from the contaminant oil and passing the aqueous-based fluid therefrom. The second container also has a drain valve assembly for removing only the accumulated coalesced de-emulsified contaminant oil. A method for separating the emulsified contaminant oil from the aqueous-based fluid and recovering the aqueous-based fluid is also disclosed.

Oxygen-doped graphitic carbon nitride photocatalyst as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of an oxygen-doped graphitic carbon nitride photocatalyst, which comprises the steps of mixing and grinding g-C3N4 and ascorbic acid, heating, keeping the temperature, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the oxygen-doped g-C3N4 photocatalyst. By pyrolyzing a ground mixture of ascorbic acid and pure g-C3N4 and changing the physical tissue structureof the g-C3N4 through ascorbic acid decomposition, the catalyst with a large specific surface area can be obtained. Based on the fact that ascorbic acid is easy to decompose during heating, ascorbic acid is heated to mainly generate furan derivatives, pentabasic alcohol and polyunsaturated cyclic ketone, the furan derivatives, pentabasic alcohol and polyunsaturated cyclic ketone can be used as oxygen doping sources, oxygen elements are doped into g-C3N4, and high-oxygen-doped g-C3N4 is obtained.
