A two-component
propeller antifouling paint, consisting of component A and component B. The component A consists of resin,
copper antifouling agent, auxiliary antifouling agent, organic antifouling agent,
diluent and thixotropic agent The composition of component B consists of curing agent. The
mass fraction of each component in component A is: resin 20~75%,
copper antifouling agent 5~60%, auxiliary antifouling agent 10~20%, organic High-efficiency antifouling agent 0~20%,
diluent 1~12%, thixotropic agent 0.5~2%, curing agent 15~25% of the
mass content of component A, resin,
copper antifouling agent, auxiliary antifouling agent , organic antifouling agent,
diluent and thixotropic agent make up the component A of this
coating. Its
viscosity is adjusted by diluting with the diluent to achieve
underwater construction and curing. The
coating in the present invention can be constructed
underwater, and the film thickness can reach more than 150 μm in one time. It is resistant to
salt water for 6 months: the
coating has no blistering or falling off, and the
propeller has no
corrosion.
