Gel mixing system

A gel mixing system that employs a dynamic diffuser for quickly removing the air from the fluid as the fluid exits a traditional gel mixer and employs progressive dilution of the gel in a series of hydration tanks to maximize hydration time without allowing the gel to become so viscous that it is not easily diluted or pumped. High shear agitation of the fluid between the hydration tanks helps to increase the hydration rate. Progressive dilution of the gel increases residence time of the gel in the tanks and results in longer hydration time in the limited tank space available, resulting in continuous production of gel that is almost fully hydrated when it is pumped to the fracturing blender and subsequently to the well bore without the need for an increase in the volume of the hydration tanks.

Insect/arthropod trap

An insect and / or arthropod trapping device that generates its own attractants of carbon dioxide (CO2), and ammonia through the chemical reaction of adding a weakly acidic liquid such as vinegar (acetic acid) to solids such as baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), with the optional addition of urea and / or lactic acid. The liquids are mixed over a period of days onto the solids to generate CO2 in the vicinity of an insect / arthropod trap having glue boards that trap the insects and arthropods when they alight on the glue board. The attractants can be used with devices that utilize various combinations of other insect attractants and traps such as sound, light, scent, visual, electrical, chemical, sticky surfaces, mesh nets, etc., to further attract and trap or kill insects and / or arthropods.

The present invention relates to a process for producing CuInSe2 and CuIn1XGa,Se2 thin films used as an absorption layer for a solar cell such that they have a structure near to chemical equivalence ratio. The present invention provides a process for producing a thin film for a solar cell, comprising forming an InSe thin film on a substrate by Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition using a [Me2In-(μSeMe)]2 precursor; forming a Cu2Se thin film on the InSe thin film by Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition using a (hfac)Cu(DMB) precursor, and forming a CuInSe2 thin film on the Cu2Se thin film by Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition using a [Me2In-(μSeMe)]2 precursor. Further, the process may further comprise forming a CuIn1,Ga,Se2 thin film on the CuInSe2 thin film by Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition using a [Me2Ga-(μSeMe)]2 precursor.

The present invention provides methods of producing packaging for use in consumer goods packaging. In one embodiment, the method includes providing a plurality of printable substrates having pre-printed static information thereon; printing variable information on the plurality of printable substrates, inspecting the static information of each of the plurality of printable substrates; and inspecting the variable information of each of the plurality of printable substrates. The present invention is advantageous in that inspecting the static information and inspecting variable information are carried out at a same time therefore production efficiency is improved. In addition, inspection is done against separated individual printable substrates hence if any defect is detected, only the defected substrate needs to be discarded hence wastage rate is reduced.

The present invention discloses a plastic composition, a composite floor including the plastic composition and a preparation method thereof. The plastic composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-55 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 35-55 parts of limestone powder, 0.5-5 parts of polyurethane foaming agent and 0.5-5 parts of stabilizer.
