phase change material layer and the heat conduction pouring
sealant layer; B, judging whether physical parameters of the phase-change material layer and the heat-conducting pouring
sealant layerare qualified or not: the judgment formula is QB-QDis = cm[
delta]T and QDis = Q1 + Q2 + Q3 + Q4, calculating Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 through the physical parameters of the phase-change material layer and the heat-conducting pouring sealant layer and heat dissipation characteristics of the
cooling medium heat dissipation unit, and substituting Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 into the formula; C, if the temperature rise
delta T is within the qualified range, manufacturing the power battery according to the determined physical parameters of the
phase change material layer and the heat conduction pouring sealant layer; if the temperature rise
delta T is not within the qualified range, the physical parameters are readjusted. The power battery manufactured by adopting the manufacturing method disclosed by the invention can meet the heat dissipation requirement of the battery, and is relatively good in heat dissipation performance.
