The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: raw materials comprising safflower, notoginseng, sanguis draconis and persimmon leaf are weighed; the safflower is taken, crushed and then subjected to heating, reflux extraction is performed through an alcohol aqueous solution, and an extraction solution is filtered, and pressure-reduction concentration is performed to obtain a thick paste; the notoginseng is taken and crushed, heating reflux extraction is performed through petroleum ether, chloroform or acetidin, and an extraction solution is filtrated, and pressure-reduction concentration is performed to obtain another thick paste; the sanguis draconis is taken and crushed, pressure-reduction concentration is performed through a 95-percent alcohol aqueous solution, an extraction solution is filtrated, pressure-reduction concentration is performed through to remove alcohol, so that a concentrated solution is obtained, the concentrated solution is placed in water, uniformly agitated, filtrated, extracted by the petroleum ether and then extracted through acetidin to obtain a third thick paste; the persimmon leaf is taken, and crushed, heating reflux extraction is performed through the alcohol aqueous solution, an extraction solution is filtered, and pressure-reduction concentration is performed to obtain a fourth thick paste; all the thick pastes are uniformly mixed. Experiment results show that the whitening traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed by the invention can resist the activity of tyrosinase, and enables the skin to keep healthy and white for a long time.
