A novel electrolytic preparation optimizing method for potassium ferrate is characterized in that a bicathode electrolysis cell is adopted, an anode adopts a hollow spiral cylinder, a negative pulse alternating current is superimposed to remove a part of an oxide film formed by the side reaction of the anode, and sodium dihydrogen phosphate is added to an electrolyte to effectively prevent iron ions in the solution from hydrolyzing and precipitating in order to prevent the tendency of decomposition of the ferrate to ferric iron, so the peak concentration and the current efficiency of the ferrate are greatly increased, and the preservation cycle of the ferrate after the preparation is prolonged. The method has the advantages of low energy consumption, high current efficiency, simple process, high adaptation space capability of the anode material due to the anode material bending as demanded, and realization of long preservation cycle of the product without any treatment.

Abamectin emulsifiable concentrate preparation and preparation method and use method thereof

The invention discloses an abamectin emulsifiable concentrate preparation which is prepared from the following components: abamectin technical, isopropanol, butylated hydroxytoluene, calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and the balance of N-methyl pyrrolidone. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) adding isopropanol and N-methyl pyrrolidone into a preparation tank, and stirring, (2) adding the abamectin technical and an antioxidant into the preparation tank, and stirring, and (3) finally, continuously adding calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether into the preparation tank, and stirring to obtain the abamectin emulsifiable concentrate preparation. The abamectin emulsifiable concentrate preparation prepared by the invention is a faint yellow transparent liquid in appearance, the PH value is 5-6, the emulsion stability is qualified, and the control effect is remarkable; compared with common emulsifiable, the use of benzene is reduced, and the harm to the environment is reduced; the absorption speed in the tree is high, and the effective service life is long.
