crude drug are re-agglomerated to obtain a
drug-loaded microcapsule, the surface of the microcapsule isprovided with micropores with the
uniform size, and thus channels are provided for initial release of the drug; and then the drug-loaded microcapsule is dispersed into biodegradable aliphatic
polyester, and through the effect of interface chemical bonds, the microcapsule is fixed into
polyester molecules to form a biodegradable material. When being released, the drug can be released into an aliphatic
polyester film from the micropores of the microcapsule through the
diffusion effect so as to be subjected to first-layer release firstly, the drug released in the film can be subjected to second-layer slow release along with degradation of a polyester
film material, on the one hand, the efficient slow-release effect on the drug is achieved, on the other hand, the degradation speed of the aliphatic polyester is increased, environmental
pollution is reduced, according to the method, a process is simple, raw materials are easy to obtain, and
batch production can be achieved.
