Quickly vulcanized butyl rubber and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses quickly vulcanized butyl rubber and a preparation method and application thereof. The quickly vulcanized butyl rubber contains the following components: 100 weight parts of butyl rubber, 1 to 2 parts of modifier M1, and 1 to 2 parts of modifier M2. The quickly vulcanized butyl rubber is prepared by the method comprising the following steps of: (1) putting the butyl rubber into rubber processing equipment, and heating the butyl rubber to the temperature of between 50 and 150 DEG C; (2) sequentially adding the modifiers M1 and M2; and (3) adding a terminator. Wherein, the reaction temperature of the modifier M1 is 50 to 140 DEG C, the reaction time of the modifier M1 is 10 to 30 minutes, the reaction temperature of the modifier M2 is 60 to 130 DEG C, and the reaction time of the modifier M2 is 10 to 30 minutes. The quickly vulcanized butyl rubber can effectively improve the vulcanizing speed and keep good mechanical property, is simple and convenient to operate, and can be widely applied in tyre preparation.
