The invention relates to a method for manufacturing antibiotic antistatic bi-stretch
worsted fabric, which comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing by selecting
polyester group
carbon black high conductivity fiber with
wool, tenel,
modal fiber, spun silk or bamboo
fiber, manufacturing mixed sliver with homogeneous mix, secondly, respectively adopting two
spinning modes to the mixed sliver and antibiotic PTT, the
spinning mode one is that: firstly,
spinning the mixed sliver to single-
yarn and carrying out the doubling and twisting to the single-
yarn by selecting the antibiotic PTT, the spinning mode two is that: carrying out two-component spinning by selecting the antibiotic PTT and the mixed sliver, respectively obtaining two
worsted yarn with different structures, thirdly, carrying out yarn
steaming to the
worsted yarn which is obtained by adopting the two different spinning
modes, fourthly, taking the spinning yarn which is obtained by adopting the spinning mode one as warp yarn, warping and
sizing, taking the spinning yarn which is obtained by adopting the spinning mode two as
weft yarn to use, warping, weaving and obtaining the grey fabric, fifthly, carrying out birth repairing, post-
processing and mellowing to the grey fabric, namely obtaining the antibiotic antistatic bi-stretch integrated worsted fabric. The worsted fabric which is manufactured by using the method of the invention has the advantages of gathering the antibiotic, the antistatic and the bi-stretch in integral whole.
