casting composite stab-resistant sheet, a preparation method and applications thereof, wherein an
inorganic particle-waste
fiber cut section-fabric mixed and spaced four-layer structure is subjected to melting die-
casting to form the composite stab-resistant sheet having a five-layer structure of a compact collision
barrier layer, a gradient stacking layer, a
fiber melt layer, a high-density stacking layer and a fabric melt layer. The preparation method comprises: mixing
inorganic particles and fiber
cut sections, paving, placing a fabric sheet, spreading
inorganic particles on the fabric sheet, and covering with a fabric sheet, wherein the
melting point of the fiber
cut section is lower than the
melting point of the fabric sheet, such that the fiber cut sections are molten in advance to settle the
inorganic particles so as to obtain a gradient structure; and pressing the inorganic particles on the upper layerinto the fabric melt to form the composite stab-resistant sheet having the five-layer structure. According to the present invention, the prepared product has the high-efficiency collision
barrier layer and the tough anti-brittle layer, and can be used for the individual protection dressing puncture-proof base materials for terrorism and riot prevention,
fire protection, explosion prevention, earthquake
search and rescue and national defense military.
