food processing, and especially relates to a shaping method of foods with stuffing. The shaping method of the foods with stuffing comprises the following steps: step one, feeding wrappers and
cutting wrappers, wherein a shaping mould on a turntable is located under a wrapper-feeding and wrapper-
cutting station, a dumpling wrapper dough belt is
cut into dough of specified shape and falls onto the shaping mould thereunder, and residues after
cutting of the dough belt enter an opening on the turntable so as to be conveyed downward so that recyclingof the residual dough belt is realized; and step two, injecting stuffing, wherein the turntable drives the shaping mould on which the dough falls to rotate to a stuffing-injecting
station, and the stuffing is then injected onto the wrapper. By arranging an opening structure used for recycling the residual dough belt after cutting of the dough belt on the turntable
assembly, recycling of the residual dough belt is realized by the shaping method on basis of the existing structure. Moreover, the space under the turntable
assembly is fully utilized, namely a recycling
barrel is placed or a residual dough belt treatment mechanism is installed under the opening structure so as to directly store the residual dough belt or recycle the residual dough belt
after treatment. In addition, the overall floor area of the equipment is not increased by adopting the structure so that the problem of unable further
miniaturization of the whole equipment caused by extra space occupancy of residual dough belt treatment is solved.
