The invention relates to a device and technique for preparing methyl undecylenate by cracking methyl ricinoleate. The device comprises a feed pump, a feed preheater, a microwave catalytic reactor, a microwave generator, a temperature controller, an infrared probe, a condenser, a product tank and a discharging pump, wherein the feed pump is connected with a preheater; the feed preheater is connected with an inlet of the microwave catalytic reactor; an outlet of the microwave catalytic reactor is connected with the condenser; the condenser is connected with an upper port of the product tank; a lower port of the product tank is connected with the discharging pump; the microwave catalytic reactor is arranged in the microwave generator; and the microwave generator is connected with the temperature controller and infrared probe. The technique comprises the following steps: by using high-purity methyl ricinoleate prepared by ester exchange and rectification as a raw material, treating by the microwave cracking reactor to obtain methyl undecylenate and heptanal, and separating and purifying to obtain the methyl undecylenate. The microwaves can implement uniform heating, thereby saving power as compared with the conventional heating. The device can be operated continuously, and is suitable for industrial production.

The invention provides a method for preparing water-borne construction thermal-insulation heat-preservation exterior wall coating. The method comprises the following steps: mixing natural sand, crushed crude pearlite, sepiolite and nano-pore silica aerogel, stirring, adding sodium silicate, and dispersing at a high speed to obtain mixed powder; mixing ceramic fibers, aluminum silicate fibers, a polycarboxylate dispersing agent and silica sol, stirring, adding a polyurethane adhesive, dispersing at a low speed, and aging to obtain an adhesive liquid; then, adding the mixed powder into the adhesive liquid under a stirring state, adding water-borne alkyd resin, a thickening agent, cellulose, amino resin and glyceryl undecylenate, and dispersing at a low speed to obtain slurry; and finally, adding silicon tripolyphosphate into the prepared slurry, dispersing at a low speed, and grinding. The water-borne construction thermal-insulation heat-preservation exterior wall coating has the advantages of excellent washing resistance, stain resistance, artificial weather aging resistance and thermal-insulation heat-preservation property.
