granulation: 2-1) preparation of a colorant: dispersing
sunset yellow in 34g of 95%
ethanol, and uniformly mixing the solution for later use; 2-2) adding
anhydrous citric acid,
sorbitol P100T andlactose into a wet type granulator together, setting the stirring speed to be 150 r / min and the granulating speed to be 500 r / min, and mixing the raw materials; 2-3) setting the stirring speed to be150 r / min and the granulating speed to be 500-800 r / min, and adding the prepared coloring agent at a
constant speed to obtain a soft material; 3)
drying: setting the
drying temperature to be 55 DEG C,respectively starting a dehumidification motor and a circulating motor for heating, pushing the prepared wet particles into a
drying oven for drying, and controlling the
moisture content to be 0.5-1.5%; 4) shaping the granules; 5) blending all the components; and 6) tabletting the blended materials. According to the present invention, the egg
yolk globulin powder (HP type), namely the serum
haptoglobin (Hp), is extracted; the prepared
effervescent tablet has advantages of good taste,
high protein content and simple preparation process, can be used as the tablet suitable for supplementing proteins, and can be easily absorbed by human bodies.
