Near-optimal multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channel detection via sequential Monte Carlo

A class of soft-input soft-output demodulation schemes for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channels, based on the sequential Monte Carlo (SMC) framework under both stochastic and deterministic settings. The stochastic SMC sampler generates MIMO symbol samples based on importance sampling and resampling techniques, while the deterministic SMC approach recursively performs exploration and selection steps in a greedy manner. By exploiting the artificial sequential structure of the existing simple Bell Labs Layered Space Time (BLAST) detection method based on nulling and cancellation, the proposed algorithms achieve an error probability performance that is orders of magnitude better than the traditional BLAST detection schemes while maintaining a low computational complexity. Performance is comparable with that of the sphere decoding algorithm, with a much lower complexity. Both the stochastic and deterministic SMC detectors can be employed as the first-stage demodulator in an iterative or turbo receiver in coded MIMO systems.

An electromechanical transient simulation modeling method of a direct-drive wind generating set is provided. A model consists of eight modules which are relatively independent in order to facilitate modular programming. The feedback quantity of each module uses a value at a last moment so that respective modules can be programmed according to sequential structure. In a simulation timing sequence process, two current converter modules are subjected to the dq axis fully decoupled assumption so that the d axis and q axis can be independently modeled. In addition, in order to correctly reflect the fault characteristics of a wind driven generator, a low voltage ride through (LVRT) control strategy is used in the corresponding module. In the simulation timing sequence process, a simulation technique combining large and small steps is used so that the rapid dynamic inside the wind driven generator can be accurately reflected. The method solves the problem that an electromechanical transient model of the wind driven generator cannot completely and accurately reflect the transient process of the wind driven generator.

The invention relates to a tumor targeting polypeptide and a preparation method thereof. The amino acid sequential structure of the polypeptide of the invention is CFPVPGHDLVC. The preparation method comprises the following steps: co-culturing a pC89 phage peptide library for expressing 108 protein polypeptides with different sequences and human breast cancer cell strain MDA-MB-231 repeatedly formany times; screening phages which express specific polypeptides and can penetrate a cell membrane and enter cytoplasm and / or nucleus, amplifying the phages in vitro and carrying out DNA sequencing, and deducing exogenous amino acid sequences inserted on the phages; co-culturing the screened specific polypeptide phages, other human tumor cells and normal cells in vitro, and detecting the specificity of cell tumor of the polypeptide phages; and according to the polypeptide sequences and the detecting result of the cell specificity, artificially synthesizing the tumor targeting polypeptide. Theinvention has potential clinical application values for specific vectors of breast cancer targeting gene therapy, and also provides powerful technical support for screening polypeptides with affinityand specificity of other types of malignant tumor cell strains in the future. In addition, the polypeptide of the invention contains only 9-11 amino acid residues, can be synthesized easily, and has relatively small spatial position change, easy quality control of the polypeptide and convenient use.
