215 results about "Sequence structure" patented technology

A sequence structure contains one or more subdiagrams, or frames, that execute in sequential order. Within each frame of a sequence structure, as in the rest of the block diagram, data dependency determines the execution order of nodes. There are two types of sequence structures—the Flat Sequence structure and the Stacked Sequence structure.

System failure early warning method based on baseline model and Bayesian factor

The invention discloses a system failure early warning method based on a baseline model and the Bayesian factor. The system failure early warning method based on the baseline model and the Bayesian factor can be applied to a dynamic complex system and particularly applied to early detection and warning of aerospace vehicle equipment failure. The method includes: using the multivariate state estimation technique to excavate the system 'individuation' baseline model on the basis of system state monitoring data; and using an actual measurement value of a system state parameter to subtract a baseline value so as to obtain a deviation value of a state parameter, analyzing a deviation value sequence by the aid of a Bayesian factor method, monitoring abnormalities of a sequence structure, and timely giving out failure early warning. The system failure early warning method based on the baseline model and the Bayesian factor solves the problems that dynamic complex system performance parameter deviation value dispersion is large, failure early characteristics are easily buried in noise, warning can be given out at the early stage of system failure, and sensitivity and robustness of the monitoring system are improved. Besides, the baseline model is easy to implement from the perspective of engineering, and the method is high in university and capable of meeting the requirements of the dynamic system on real-time monitoring.

Near-optimal multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channel detection via sequential Monte Carlo

A class of soft-input soft-output demodulation schemes for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channels, based on the sequential Monte Carlo (SMC) framework under both stochastic and deterministic settings. The stochastic SMC sampler generates MIMO symbol samples based on importance sampling and resampling techniques, while the deterministic SMC approach recursively performs exploration and selection steps in a greedy manner. By exploiting the artificial sequential structure of the existing simple Bell Labs Layered Space Time (BLAST) detection method based on nulling and cancellation, the proposed algorithms achieve an error probability performance that is orders of magnitude better than the traditional BLAST detection schemes while maintaining a low computational complexity. Performance is comparable with that of the sphere decoding algorithm, with a much lower complexity. Both the stochastic and deterministic SMC detectors can be employed as the first-stage demodulator in an iterative or turbo receiver in coded MIMO systems.

Frame compression using radix approximation or differential code and escape code

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize frame compression using cardinal approximation or differen tial codes and an escape code. SOLUTION: Formation of a frame sequence is compressed by not only rounding and truncating luminance values but also using a cardinal tree and a pallet to encode chrominance values. Each entry of the pallet holds information which represents a color actually appearing in the frame sequence at least once. The cardinal tree provides not only an efficient generation method for generating compressed expressions of colors held in the pallet but also a method for discriminating colors nearest to colors in data streams, which are not held in the pallet, in the pallet. Pilot frequency sequence structure in OFDM/OQAM system and method for channel estimation

The invention discloses a sequence structure with low peak-to-average power ratio for the channel estimation of an OFDM / OQAM system, and a method for performing the channel estimation by using the structure. In the structure, except that a front segment and a rear segment have a same structure according to a conventional pilot sequence (all-zero data serves as a protective segment), at least half signs (only at odd bits or even bits) of one segment or three segments in the middle are zero, and the values of the signs at any bits of the remaining parts are 1 or -1 at random. Because the values of most parts are zero and the values of the signs at any bits of the remaining parts are 1 or -1 at random, the method for the channel estimation can reduce peak-to-average power ratio while eliminating inter-sign interferences and inter-subcarrier interferences caused by multi-path interferences, the structure and the method can satisfy the linear dynamic range of a radio frequency front-end high power amplifier so as to reduce the linear requirements on the high power amplifier by the OFDM / OQAM system.
