The invention relates to catalytic hydrolysis of a phosphatide-bond-containing organic compound, and particularly discloses a method for catalytically hydrolyzing a phosphatide bond of an organic compound by virtue of cerium-based metal-organic frameworks. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing the cerium-based metal-organic frameworks in ammonia water; (2) adding the phosphatide-bond-containing organic compound into a solution of the cerium-based metal-organic frameworks obtained in step (1), performing oscillation for complete reaction, and extracting a fixed amount of reaction solution for centrifugal testing. According to the method, the phosphatide-bond-containing organic compound such as p-nitropenyl phosphate disodium (pNPP), dimethyl p-nitrophenyl phosphate and diethyl p-nitrophenyl phosphate is catalytically hydrolyzed by virtue of the cerium-based metal-organic frameworks, a semiautomatic perfusion system is constructed, and a high application value is achieved.
