The invention discloses a high-
solid-content paint antiwrinkling
diluent, and in particular relates to the technical field of chemical
coating. The high-
solid-content paint antiwrinkling diluents comprises the following components: 2 to 36 parts of beewax, 2 to 27 parts of
lecithin, 2 to 31 parts of a
castor oil hydrogenation mixture, 2 to 19 parts of
alkyl benzoate, 3 to 30 parts of
carrageenan, 3 to 19 parts of cetearyl
alcohol, 2 to 59 parts of dibutylhydroxytoluene, 2 to 37 parts of diisopstearate, 2 to 19 parts of
silicon resin, 1 to 5 parts of
hectorite, 0.5 to 5 parts of
silicone oil, 2 to 23 parts of
vaseline, 3 to 45 parts of deionized water, 2 to 19 parts of
tea tree oil and 2 to 16 parts of
myristyl myristate. The high-
solid-content paint antiwrinkling
diluent can reduce the phenomenon that the surface of the paint film is dried in advance, but the internal paint film is too late to dry to form
wrinkle when high temperature weather and solar
exposure is just met, or the construction site is improper in ventilation, and also can reduce wrinkles caused by different
drying rate of the two
layers of paint films when the
coating which is dried quickly and the
coating which is dried slowly are mixed and used; and the
diluent is soft, safe, non-toxic and high in applicability, and can reduce the phenomena of foaming,
feather-shaped
cracking and stripes of the high-solid-content paint during use.
