In each part of the emulsion components, the components A comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 1.5 percent of the cetyl ester phosphate, 2.5 to 3 percent of the stearamide propyl dimethyl phosphate onium chloride and 0.5 to 0.8 percent of the titanium dioxide; and the components B comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 2 to 3 percent of the cetyl alcohol, 3 to 4 percent of the myristyl myristate, 4 to 5 percent of the isopropyl palmitate, 1 to 1.5 percent of the dimethyl siloxane, 0.5 to 0.8 percent of the lanolin alcohol and the balance of de-ionized water. The components A are mixed and heated to the temperature of 60 DEG C, and the components B are mixed and heated to the temperature of 60 DEG C. The components B are added to the components A while stirring, the components B and the components A are stirred until the mixture is completely emulsified, and an essence is added when the temperature falls to 45 DEG C. The mixture is cooled to the room temperature, and then is packaged. The emulsion has excellent moisturizing capacity, no greasy feeling, no interference to the discharge of sweat, and excellent air permeability.
