A digital microscope is a variation of a traditional optical microscope that uses optics and a digital camera to output an image to a monitor, sometimes by means of software running on a computer. A digital microscope often has its own in-built LED light source, and differs from an optical microscope in that there is no provision to observe the sample directly through an eyepiece. Since the image is focused on the digital circuit, the entire system is designed for the monitor image. The optics for the human eye are omitted.

The invention relates to an automatic identification method of a color fabric color mold pattern image based on image processing, and belongs to the field of novel textile detection. The color fabric color mold pattern image refers to a color effect of organization points on the surface of color fabric. In order to solve the problems that the existing detection method based on labor time consumes time, wastes labor, is easy to make mistakes and does not adapt to the demands of modern textile automatic production, the invention develops an automatic detection instrument of the color fabric color mold pattern image based on the image processing. The system comprises a light source, an image acquisition module and a color fabric color mold pattern image automatic detection module and other modules. A reflective image on the surface of the color fabric is acquired under the reflective light source by utilizing a digital microscope; and image data is inputted into a computer system through an IEEE 1394 interface. The automatic identification method has the benefits that firstly, the color fabric image is subjected to texture enhancement by utilizing the color fabric color mold pattern image automatic detection module; then, the division of warp / weft yarns and organization points are realized based on the gray features of the image; successively, the color features of the organization points are extracted, and the type of color yarns is determined based on a clustering verification method; and finally, the color classification of the organization points is realized based on a fuzzy clustering method to obtain the color fabric color mold pattern image.

The microscopic three-dimensional reconstruction method comprises the following steps that: a liquid lens of which the focal length can be controlled through voltage is additionally mounted in an optical path of a digital microscope; with the liquid lens adopted as a focal length-varying element, a series of focusing is performed in a continuous depth range of an observed object so as to shoot a series of continuous local focus images; height differences between the local focus images can be obtained through the calibration of the liquid lens in advance; three-dimensional information of a measured object is extracted from the series of images through a three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm, such that a three-dimensional model of the object is obtained; and a two-dimensional clear image is obtained through image fusion, and the two-dimensional clear image, adopted as texture, is bonded on the three-dimensional model, and three-dimensional reconstruction of the object is accomplished. With the microscopic three-dimensional reconstruction method adopted, limitation on object observation in a two-dimensional direction because of too small depth of field of a microscopic optical system can be effectively eliminated.

The method comprises steps as follows: (1) selecting tree varieties for mahogany furniture and establishing a database of standard samples; (2) selecting the mahogany furniture, and observing the mahogany furniture entirely to determine the type roughly; (3) acquiring image information of a cross section, a tangential section and a radial section on the to-be-tested mahogany furniture directly and remotely through the Internet through combination of a digital microscope and a computer, and comparing the image information with a database of wood microstructure standard samples of each tree variety and the overall observation results to determine the wood variety of the mahogany furniture; opening the detection result of the wood varieties of the mahogany furniture to the public for query through the network platform in the form of inspection reports or surveyor's certificates. Abstract of the DisclosureDevices for optical monitoring and rapid analysis of a drying droplet are presented and include a droplet deposition means, an optical recording means, and a computer control and image analysis means. In several preferred embodiments, a pipette is used to deposit one or more droplets in parallel onto a slide, a plate or a film, and a digital microscope is positioned either above or below the droplet to record a timed sequence of images of the process of drying thereof. Various chemical compounds coating the deposition slide can be used to enhance the test further. Image analysis includes data filtering, dividing the image into a plurality of overlapping windows, and analysis of formation and change in patterns over time. If used with biological fluids, the devices and methods of the invention can be used for rapid diagnosis of a variety of conditions and diseases.

Cell culture counting device

The invention discloses a cell culture counting device. The device comprises a culture tank used for culturing cells, and the culture tank is communicated with a counting pond through a peristaltic pump. The counting pond comprises two transparent cover plates connected to a pipeline, a gap between the transparent cover plates only allows a layer of cells to pass through, and therefore the number of the cells in sight is the number of all the contained cells; the counting pond is shot through a digital microscope which is supported through a mechanical arm, data is transmitted to a central data processor to conduct image processing counting analysis. The number of the cells in a sample is obtained automatically according to shot image information, and the total number of the cells in the culture tank is obtained through a series of conversions. According to the cell counting method, manual observation counting is not needed, the labor intensity is lowered, and the result obtained by combining the image processing analysis technology is more accurate and reliable; cell samples used for detection are taken out of the culture tank directly without making contact with the outside world, after detection is completed, the cell samples can be reversely delivered back to the culture tank to be cultured continuously, and waste is avoided.
